As soon as you place your order, our printer begins inking your gear. Once your Tired Soul products have been freshly printed, We will ship out your order and send you a tracking number. Domestic orders should arrive within 2 weeks International shipping times vary. As we grow we will be able to purchase pre-printed inventory and allow for faster shipping options.
What is your return policy?
- If our item is defective upon arrival please send 2-3 pictures and your order number to Service@tiredsoul.com. If approved we will e-mail you a return label. Once returned item is shipped we will either send a replacement item or issue a full refund per your request. Any claims for misprinted/defective/damaged items must be reported within 14 days of delivered date. Items must be in original condition and packaging they were received.
NO LONGER WANT, OR EXCHANGE
- Although most print on demand stores do not offer remorse returns or exchanges, Tired Soul wants you to be satisfied when you do business with us. We are a small company just starting out and we utilize print on demand meaning each item is printed fresh when orders are placed. Items must be in original condition and packaging they were received. Customers must pay return shipping for buyer's remorse returns and exchanges. Contact Service@tiredsoul.com within 14 days of receiving your item(s) with a return or size exchange request and your order number.

- If exchanging sizes/colors please order your new size/color through our online store
- For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 21 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our printers expense. If the shipping carrier marks item as delivered, Tired Soul LLC nor our printer is responsible. In this event please contact the shipping carrier.
- Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.

We print our products in the USA and utilize the best quality fabrics that our print service offers. We value both our fabric and print quality over cheaply made products. We will offer SALES at various times throughout the year, please join our mailing list to not miss out on our deals!
