Tired Soul LLC's policies have been created with your peace in mind. Please contact us before disputing a transaction. We will do the best we can to give you a smooth experience. We are a young company that utilizes print on demand services. Therefore we must follow certain guidelines. However it is our goal to see you satisfied. Thank you for being here and we wish you nothing but rest for your Tired Soul.

 

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

  • If our item is defective upon arrival please send 2-3 pictures and your order number to Service@tiredsoul.com. If approved we will e-mail you a return label. Once returned item is shipped we will either send a replacement item or issue a full refund per your request. Any claims for misprinted/defective/damaged items must be reported within 14 days of delivered date. Items must be in original condition and packaging they were received.

 

    NO LONGER WANT, OR EXCHANGE

    • Although most print on demand stores do not offer remorse returns or exchanges, Tired Soul wants you to be satisfied when you do business with us. We are a small company just starting out and we utilize print on demand meaning each item is printed fresh when orders are placed. Items must be in original condition and packaging they were received. Customers must pay return shipping for buyer's remorse returns and exchanges.  Contact Service@tiredsoul.com within 14 days of receiving your item(s) with a return or size exchange request and your order number.

          Once returned item(s) is/are received we will refund you to your original payment method.
    • If exchanging sizes/colors please order your new size/color through our online store

     

              PACKAGE LOST

      • For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 21 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our printers expense. If the shipping carrier marks item as delivered, Tired Soul LLC nor our printer is responsible. In this event please contact the shipping carrier.
      • Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.

       

       

      What we can't accept

      Our printer facility does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.

      Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

      Tired Soul reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

      This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
